Evoke has announced the appointment of a new Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer in the face of Siddharth Dixit, who will help the company spearhead its operations through iconic brands such as Mr. Green, William Hill, and notably, 888.

He will work directly under company CEO Per Widerström and be a part of the Group’s Executive Committee, the company specified in a press release.
Furthermore, he will be responsible for Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Business Development, as part of his day-to-day duties, along with other relevant areas of business. Himself, Dixithas ample experience working across a variety of international organizations.
Notably, he has been part of Deloitte, Boston Consulting Group, Accenture, Deliveroo, Anheuser-Busch, and The Economist. Commenting on his appointment, Dixit had this to say:

His appointment was hailed by Widerström, who said that Dixit’s appointment constitutes an important part of the company’s future growth story.
"I am confident his skills and experience will be invaluable as we continue to build momentum and execute against our focused growth strategy and Value Creation Plan," he wrapped up.
Just this week, evokeannounced its plans to sell bonds via a subsidiary to use for debt refinancing, as well as securing a new credit facility and pushing debt deadlines.
Evoke had difficult months with the company constantly looking for a chief executive and dealing with its decision to withdraw from the market in North America.
