Two leading gaming, hospitality and entertainment companies, Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming, announced a new collaboration for a sustainability program.
The duo said Monday it joined forces with Ocean Conservancy, the leading US-based organization that works across the globe to protect the ocean.

Teaming up with Ocean Conservancy, Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming reaffirmed their support for the former's joint sustainability program, Global Sound Waves.
The latest collaboration marks the second time the trio had joined forces, driven by the program that seeks to protect oceans by reducing waste.
Equally as important, the Global Sound Waves joint sustainability program seeks to bring meaningful environmental change and the participation of Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock for a second time is vital.
Jenna DiPaolo, Ocean Conservancy's Chief Brand and Communications Officer, was excited about the latest alliance, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
"We're grateful for our continued partnership with Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming," she said.
Moreover, DiPaolo pointed out: "Ocean conservation requires collective action, and Hard Rock's commitment to sustainability shows the powerful impact businesses can have when they prioritize our planet."
Paul Pellizzari, the Vice President of Global Social Responsibility at Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming, was similarly thrilled.

Finally, Pellizzari explained that Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming are delighted to join forces with Ocean Conservancy and support its vital mission of protecting the oceans for future generations.
A range of initiatives helped remove waste and decrease pollution
The support for Ocean Conservancy's Global Sound Waves sustainability program is in line with one of Hard Rock's guiding mottos: Save the Planet.
As a result, the company organized a range of initiatives and campaigns, focusing on conserving the oceans by focusing on upstream waste management.
Moreover, the company helped limit ocean pollution by addressing food, water and material waste.
Supporting the mission to reduce waste and protect the oceans, Hard Rock, Seminole Gaming and Ocean Conservancy organized coordinated global community cleanup events.
Such initiatives brought together more than 1,700 team members, communities, local organizations and guests at leading Hard Rock and Seminole properties, removing more than 6,400 lbs. of waste.
