The leading gaming solutions supplier and operator, Intralot, released a new trading update.
On Friday, the company unveiled its first quarter of 2025 report, highlighting strong revenue growth, complemented by solid EBITDA.
The company started 2025 with solid results
Per Intralot's new report, covering the three-month period ending March 31, 2025, revenue soared to €94.4m.
A year-over-year comparison to the corresponding period revealed a 10.9% increase in revenue for the first quarter this year.
Not unexpectedly, Intralot reported a strong EBITDA, which for Q1 this year hit €30.2m, up by 0.3% year-over-year.
On the other hand, Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter this year was at €130.8m, a result that was "consistent with FY2024 levels," as explained in a statement released by the company.
Notably, Intralot's operating cash flow marked a significant increase in Q1 this year.
Overall, the company reported €48.9m in operating cash flow, a figure that points to a €21.8m increase when compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
Intralot achieved several important objectives
Sokratis P. Kokkalis, Intralot's Chairman, commented: "Intralot’s 1Q2025 results are characterized by revenue growth and free cash flow generation combined with stable profitability and continuing debt reduction, resulting in net debt leverage ratio of 2.4x."
Moreover, the executive pointed to strategic objectives that the company accomplished only recently.
Early in April, Intralot's subsidiary in New Zealand joined forces with the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) of the country.
The duo signed a six-year contract extension, with the possibility of an extra year, for the delivery of Intralot's Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) solution for Class 4 non-casino electronic gaming machines.
Under the terms of the collaboration, DIA and Intralot will continue their collaboration through 2032 and have the possibility to extend that deal by an extra year.
What's more, later in April, Intralot also grew its footprint in the United States.
This was achieved via the company's US subsidiary, Intralot, Inc., which teamed up with the New Hampshire Lottery Commission.
The collaboration, covering seven years, will see Intralot continue to provide the Commission with its innovative technology and services through September 2033.
The 1992-founded gaming solutions supplier and operator currently has a presence and is active in 39 jurisdictions across the globe.
Employing nearly 2,000 workers across the globe, Intralot strives to deliver quality and innovative solutions that cater to the needs of its clients in the lottery and gaming sector. At the same time, those services help generate funds for good causes.
