The premium gaming, hospitality and entertainment venue in Las Vegas, MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, confirmed the completion of its $300m room and suite remodel.
Described as a new chapter in Sin City's hospitality, the remodel saw the go-to destination introduce an entirely new collection of nearly 4,000 rooms and suites in its main tower.
3,969 rooms and suites were refreshed
The freshly remodeled rooms and suites at MGM Grand feature a disco theme, highlighting the venue's vibrant legacy as a go-to entertainment outlet in Las Vegas.
Overall, the $300m remodel affected 3,969 rooms and suites, which are now successfully fusing exceptional comfort and contemporary designs.
The latest room remodel complements MGM Grand's offering and comes after the release of a number of new experiences.
Only recently, the premium gaming and entertainment outlet introduced a tropical-inspired day club by DJ Kygo's Palm Tree Crew, Palm Tree Beach Club.
Moreover, MGM Grand debuted The Friends Experience, an interactive attraction that enables guests and fans of the world-famous Friends series to step into a photo-ready environment.
The hotel and casino, renowned for offering the ultimate Las Vegas experience, also unveiled a first-of-its-kind dining venue inspired by fan-favorite Netflix shows called NETFLIX BITES.
The remodel marks an important step in the resort's evolution on the Las Vegas Strip
Mike Neubecker, MGM Grand's President and COO, spoke with excitement about the latest remodel, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
"MGM Grand has long stood out as one of the most iconic resorts on The Strip, and this remodel marks an ambitious step forward in the resort's evolution," he explained.
Finally, Neubecker pointed out: "Inspired by our guests' feedback, we've designed rooms that deliver what both business and leisure travelers value most, providing a thoughtful balance of style, comfort and functionality."
The newly remodeled suites and rooms were designed with the modern traveler in mind.
Besides MGM Resorts Design & Development, MGM Grand collaborated with Gensler, a globally recognizable architecture firm, for the design of the new rooms.
As a result, guests at MGM Grand can book remodeled rooms, which include MGM King rooms and MGM Two Queen rooms.
While the former stands out with walnut finishes and carpets with vibrant colors, the latter offers customized headboards, vertical sconces and a soft gray stone design.
The remodeled rooms and suites also offer spa-like walk-in showers, integrated and illuminated closets, wall-mounted Smart TVs and upgraded minibar units, among other convenient and modern amenities.
