On Thursday this week, the company confirmed the successful conversion of the system technology of the North Dakota Lottery.
The duo expands their successful long-term collaboration
The latest accomplishment further expands a long-term successful partnership between the duo dating back to 2004.
Moreover, it represents the third time the North Dakota Lottery has selected Scientific Games to power its systems and technology.
Per the latest alliance, the Lottery will benefit from Scientific Games' integrated ecosystem, Momentum, as well as its advanced central gaming system, AEGIS, and industry-leading player account management and CRM solution, SG PAM.
Besides player account management and CRM solution, SG PAM features an integrated loyalty program with achievement-based rewards and an engaging bonus engine.
In addition to Momentum, the North Dakota Lottery will tap into Scientific Games' PlayCentral Flex self-service terminals and the leading retail management system, gem|Suite.
As an innovative solution, Momentum is powered by Scientific Games' iNFUSE business intelligence solution, which analyzes omnichannel data with the goal of optimizing performance and boosting player engagement.
Ultimately, this milestone agreement will significantly strengthen the North Dakota Lottery's retail and digital operations, enabling it to sustainably and responsibly increase the proceeds to good causes and funding for roads, education and other noteworthy programs across the state.
