Soft2Bet outlines Q4 strategy amid Q3 earnings call

Soft2Bet has presented its Q3 2025 results during a Town Hall meeting before media representatives on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, with the company offering a look at its operational achievements during the quarter, as well as outlining what is to come in the months to follow.

Soft2Bet has registered a strong uptake in its quarter-to-quarter results during the period, with EBITDA growing 15%, the company said, adding that revenue grew by 7% quarter-to-quarter. Similarly, the company’s earnings call also highlighted year-over-year results, reporting a 69% gain in EBITDA and 88% in revenue.

These results were well received and what Soft2Bet had set out to achieve for the quarter. The casino side of the business saw the company drive strong operational and commercial results, with 43 new providers integrated into the Soft2Bet ecosystem, with 1,100 new games released during the quarter.

Soft2Bet also outlined another metric, GGR, that has been derived from casino games, noting a 129% increase. The presentation then moved to the Live Casino segment, where Soft2Bet admitted that they could have done much better.

Growth in this segment was 32% quarter-to-quarter, with a target of 19%, but Soft2Bet added that the company was determined to do "much, much better." Year-over-year, GGR stood at 167%, which was described as "impressive," but once again, Soft2Bet had much more ambitious plans for the segment altogether.

Sportsbook was also covered in Soft2Bet’s earnings call. Turnover for the segment quarter-over-quarter was up 29%.

Soft2Bet also highlighted the brands that were released during the third quarter, with four new ones introduced, to name TopBet, which has implemented many new technologies, and focuses on the Romanian market, which has recently experienced a tax hike.

Soft2Bet said that it was confident in the performance of TopBet so far and would continue to support and develop it. Among those brands was Swiper, an ambitious social-media-inspired online casino in Sweden.

The company also spoke about its MEGA suite of features and products, which have become a central part of its promotional efforts.

The suite is focused on various solutions that go well beyond traditional engagement tools and lean heavily on gamification, and among the new additions to the suite is Mega Rally, which is yet to be released at the end of Q4.

Platform performance was also satisfactory, with an uptime of 99.99%, Soft2Bet noted during the earnings call. However, Soft2Bet noted that it could have been better, arguing that any downtime should have been much shorter.

Soft2Bet similarly highlighted its marketing efforts for brands such as ToonieBet and Don.ro, commenting on several activations carried out with professional sports clubs for the latter in order to boost awareness, leading to immediate results for the brand.

New licensing and ambitious plans for Q4

Soft2Bet also intends to keep its target of 100% of native coverage when launching and developing brands, with the goal remaining unchanged for 2026.

The company has also achieved various milestones when it comes to certifications, with forays in Romania as well as New Jersey, United States, where a certification application has been submitted after a long and meticulous process. Swiper was also approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in Canada during the quarter.

In terms of Q4 targets, Soft2Bet said that it wanted to drive a +18% growth in GGR for the casino during the period. Sportsbooks will hopefully see + 30% growth in GGR, citing numerous scheduled events already.
