The global tech expert with more than 15 years of experience in supplying innovative iGaming solutions, SOFTSWISS, highlighted that its Responsible Gambling team recorded strong results.
Thousands of responsible gambling cases reviewed in H1 2025
Earlier this week, the company said that in the first half of this year, the Responsible Gambling team reviewed approximately 16,000 cases.
Such cases consisted of behavioral checks, proactive interventions, as well as self-exclusion requests, SOFTSWISS explained in a statement.
Not unexpectedly, the Responsible Gambling team also played a major role by supporting compliance and monitoring in markets across the globe.
Notably, the team continued to improve and expand its Risk Scoring Tool.
Collaborating with SOFTSWISS' Research and Development unit, the Responsible Gambling team strengthened the innovative Tool's capabilities.
Currently, the Risk Scoring Tool safeguards compliance by leveraging machine learning algorithms that can effectively identify at-risk or problem gambling behavior.
Only recently, SOFTSWISS confirmed the release of an interactive Online Casino Cost Calculator tool.
The innovative solution is designed with the goal of delivering valuable information to gambling operators that may be interested in opening an online casino.
Thanks to the Online Casino Cost Calculator tool, operators can access valuable insights, including a comprehensive cost analysis.
The Responsible Gambling team completed several initiatives since the start of the year
Besides improving the Risk Scoring Tool, SOFTSWISS' Responsible Gambling team completed a range of other important initiatives.
As a result, CRM and First Line Support teams engaged in bilingual training, seeking to boost consistency and improve collaboration.
On the other hand, the Responsible Gambling team continues to collaborate with Legal, AML and Complaints units, ensuring a "unified approach to player protection," as explained by SOFTSWISS.
The team also engaged in external training programs and launched a monthly animated series that focus on responsible gambling policies called Responsible Gambling Video Digest.
Emilia Kurzynska, SOFTSWISS' Team Leader of Responsible Gambling, said: "Our mission is to ensure that player well-being is always a priority embedded in every process."
Finally, Kurzynska pointed out: "The growing number of Responsible Gambling cases shows that awareness is rising, and we meet this demand with reliable tools and timely interventions to effectively support every operator."
In September, SOFTSWISS announced the release of its Gambling Regulation Directory, a new website section created with the goal of assisting gambling companies in navigating the complex regulatory landscape in jurisdictions across the globe.
