One of Southern California's leading gaming, hospitality and entertainment destinations, located only 60 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel, was recognized with a prestigious honor for a second consecutive year.
After 2024, Yaamava' Resort & Casino keeps its AAA Five Diamond status
On Monday, the casino resort confirmed it received the coveted AAA Five Diamond designation.
The prestigious honor reaffirms Yaamava' Resort & Casino's dedication to providing exceptional services to its customers.
The accolades come after Yaamava' Resort & Casino secured its first such honor back in 2024.
To obtain the landmark AAA Five Diamond designation, the casino resort has gone through a comprehensive evaluation.
Analysis of its amenities was completed via in-person inspections, including unannounced visits, as well as anonymous overnight stays.
In the end, all results were reviewed by a panel of experts.
Hotels and restaurants within the AAA Diamonds Program undergo annual re-evaluation to ensure they maintain an exceptional standard and provide the best possible experience to their customers.
Receiving and keeping the prestigious status is a great honor
Stacey Barber, AAA Travel's Vice President, shared her excitement, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
"AAA is pleased to recognize Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel with the Five Diamond designation, meaning its unwavering attention to both service and surroundings have placed it into the upper echelon of AAA's Diamond Program," she explained.
Finally, Barber said: "To maintain the exceptional standards required for this designation on a daily basis is an outstanding achievement. Five Diamond hotels and restaurants consistently exceed expectations to provide their guests a highly personalized, memorable experience."
Afsi Bird, Yaamava' Resort & Casino's Vice President of Hotel Operations, was similarly excited.
She revealed that the premium hospitality, gaming and entertainment venue promises to deliver exceptional services to its customers every single day.
"Receiving and maintaining the prestigious AAA Five Diamond designation is an incredible honor and a testament to the dedication of our entire team," Bird said in conclusion.
Last year, the Forbes Travel Guide recognized Yaamava' Resort & Casino in three categories.
The venue's Serrano Spa won the Five-Star award from the Forbes Travel Guide, while Pines Modern Steakhouse and Yaamava' Resort were honored with a Four-Star award.
