Earlier this week, the company confirmed the appointment of John Helderman as to the role of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
The new Chief Financial and Administrative Officer brings solid experience
Joining the C-suite at BMM Innovation Group, the executive brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in gaming, finance and hospitality, among other sectors.
Leveraging his experience, Helderman is expected to help the company continue to grow, execute strategic objectives and achieve ambitious goals.
Undoubtedly, his solid knowledge in enterprise transformation, the execution of financial strategies and overseeing operations make him a perfect fit for the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer role at BMM Innovation Group.
Helderman holds a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
In addition, he has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics from North Carolina State University.
Besides solid experience and knowledge, Helderman holds attorney's licenses in North Carolina and Georgia. Currently, he also serves on the Board of Goodwill Industries in Southern Nevada.

Before his appointment at BMM Innovation Group, Helderman held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a premium gaming and entertainment destination in Las Vegas, Nevada.
During that time, he was in charge of strategic processes at the venue, including procurement, IT and accounting, among other responsibilities.
Throughout his career, Helderman also held the role of CFO at The Brennan Entities and Bluberi Gaming.
Not unexpectedly, he also held other senior-level roles, including positions at the leading hospitality, gaming and entertainment company, Caesars Entertainment.
