The business-to-business (B2B) iGaming platform and solutions provider, GR8 Tech, strengthened its C-suite with a new appointment.
Going through organizational changes, the company welcomed Edward Smyshliaiev to the senior-level team.

Joining GR8 Tech, the executive, who has more than two decades of experience in machine learning, software engineering and AI, was appointed to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Assuming the role, Smyshliaiev will play a major part in the development of strong teams throughout the company's ranks.
In addition, the new CTO will oversee and ensure the streamlined development of the company's products and solutions, with the ultimate goal of promoting its global growth.
Smyshliaiev's responsibilities will expand gradually, covering strategic growth areas, including information security, platform and technical compliance, among others.
The new CTO's efforts are expected to ensure that GR8 Tech continues to provide high-value products and solutions to its growing portfolio of partners across the globe.
Besides the new senior-level appointment, GR8 Tech announced another organizational change.
Artur Ashyrov, who used to hold the dual role of CTO and Deputy CEO, will now focus solely on the leadership vertical.
Ashyrov's efforts are expected to navigate the company through obstacles, while at the same time, he will drive growth via the company-wide internal initiative, Innovation Sprint.
A statement released by GR8 Tech explains that the aforementioned initiative seeks to "boost tech-savviness and ignite a culture of innovation across teams."
Smyshliaiev's hire as CTO comes on the heels of another senior-level appointment.
Earlier this year, GR8 Tech promoted Yevhen Krazhan to the role of Chief Sales Officer.

Ashyrov shared his excitement about Smyshliaiev's appointment.

In February, GR8 Tech confirmed the promotion of Kateryna Pozdnysheva to the role of Chief Client Officer.
Taking on the senior-level role, she was put in charge of the company's CRM Business Unit.
