One of the largest and fastest-growing GameTech companies in the world, Kaizen Gaming, continues to grow its team of experts.

Earlier this week, the company announced it selected the seasoned executive with decades of experience, Vassilis Gavroglou, for the strategic role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Seasoned HR exec joins the C-suite at Kaizen Gaming

Joining Kaizen Gaming, the executive brings solid international experience accumulated after years of hard work in a range of sectors.

As CHRO, Gavroglou will be in charge of Kaizen Gaming's HR strategy.

He will oversee strategic people processes and play a major role in the company's future at a time of dynamic growth and ongoing expansion into markets across the globe.

In 2024, Kaizen Gaming was honored by securing a spot on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work for in Europe.

The company was also recognized as a Great Place to work in Latin, South American and European countries, in a testament that recognizes its people-centric approach.

Currently, Kaizen Gaming has more than 700 software engineers at its six technology hubs.

While its people and innovative technology remain a core principle for the company, it plans to continue growing internationally.

The new CHRO is excited to join Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming's new CHRO shared his excitement, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

George Daskalakis, Kaizen Gaming's CEO, was equally as excited about the appointment of the new CHRO.

In less than a decade, Kaizen Gaming has grown from just a few dozen people in Greece to a thousands-strong international brigade while maintaining strong growth every year," he said.

Last but not least, Daskalakis predicted that the new CHRO, who has extensive expertise in transformative growth, will play a major role in the future international growth of Kaizen Gaming.

Gavroglou has degrees from the London School of Economics and the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Throughout his extensive career, spanning more than 20 years, Daskalakis held a number of senior-level roles, such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems and Group HR Strategy Director at the National Bank of Greece, among others.
