Emerald Queen Casino and Hotel (EQC), one of the Pacific Northwest's premier gaming destinations, strengthened its C-suite with a new senior-level appointment.
On Thursday, the company confirmed it had hired the seasoned marketing executive, Theresa Minarik, for the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Joining EQC for this strategic role, she will be in charge of leading the venue's marketing strategy.
Minarik will oversee EQC's loyalty and brand growth, ensuring that the company delivers exceptional experience for guests at its two properties.
As CMO, the seasoned marketing executive is going to be responsible for a team of marketing professionals.
Her efforts will focus on growing customer experience via on-property, digital and traditional channels.
Moreover, Minarik will play a major role in brand recognition and storytelling, marketing via social and paid media and marketing technology.
The efforts of the new CMO are expected to ensure that EQC continues to grow and maintains a competitive position in an ever-changing landscape.
Currently, EQC is owned and operated by the Puyallup Tribe of Indians.
Before joining EQC, Minarik proved herself as an exceptional leader who delivers solid results.
Prior to her appointment as CMO, she held the role of Director of Marketing at The Point Casino and Hotel and Little Creek Casino Resort.
Throughout her professional career, Minarik was employed by globally recognizable businesses, including UPS, LEGO and Boeing, among others.
