Ahead of the launch of sports betting in Missouri, one leading sports company signed a market access agreement.
That is the case for Underdog, the fastest-growing sports company in the United States, which recently joined forces with the famous American professional baseball team based in Kansas City, Missouri, the Kansas City Royals.
Underdog secures Missouri sports betting market access
As noted, the newly signed agreement grants Underdog market access to Missouri's sports betting sector.
Currently, the company's betting license in the state is under review by the state's gambling regulator, the Missouri Gaming Commission.
Besides market access, the agreement includes philanthropic efforts and marketing campaigns.
The new multi-year partnership marks an important step for Underdog, enabling the company to expand its presence.
While Missouri is yet to launch its betting market on December 1, 2025, Underdog is joining a roster of leading betting and gaming companies such as FanDuel, DraftKings and Fanatics, among others, which have already secured market access to the state.
Currently, sports fans in Missouri can download Underdog's official app and start playing fantasy sports.
The deal is expected to deliver engaging experiences for sports fans across the state
